About this policy
Hypiic respects the intellectual property rights of others. Because our tools process photos locally in your browser, we do not host, store, or have access to any images you edit — there is nothing on our servers to take down in that respect. This policy covers copyright concerns about content that does appear on the Hypiic website itself, such as text or graphics.
Filing a notice
If you believe content on Hypiic infringes your copyright, send a notice to shnaewatson@gmail.com including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL on Hypiic where the material appears
- Your contact information (name and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details and a statement of good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
